Despite his notorious relationship with the Church, Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon is once again called upon to

decipher the clues to a catastrophic conspiracy. The Pope has died, and before conclave can begin to determine his successor, the four preferitti (primary hopefuls for the papacy) are kidnapped. An ominous threat of their hourly demise, along with the complete annihilation of Vatican City, is issued as an elaborate revenge scheme for a persecuted group known as the Illuminati. With their meager time limit steadily counting down, Langdon, accompanied by beautiful physicist Vittoria Vetra, must travel throughout Rome to unravel the carefully hidden signs that will lead them to a terrifying adversary, a harrowing discovery, and the shocking truth. Written by The Massie Twins

The Pope died and the conclave has been called for. Four candidates were chosen. However, before the voting, the 4 candidates are killed one by one. The killer leaves clues that seem to say that he/she is from the Illuminati.

Strangely though, the Illuminati was long thought to be extinct. Who is the mastermind? Who revived the Illuminati?

What do they want? Written by Ryanking.

DisCription:

Angels and Demons, Dan Brown's first novel-turned-second book adapted for the screen, directed by Ron Howard and starring Tom Hanks, earned $48 million in its opening weekend.

Roger Ebert gave it three stars and a warning that logic was not one of Angel's co-stars.But how does the movie Angels and Demons rate with scientists?

According to a fact vs. fiction overview presented by physicist Patricia Rankin, a professor at CU Boulder the answer is: hilariously. And she means that in the nicest possible way.

Angels & Demons, the second history lecture from author Dan Brown, is as innocuous as the first, a mild diversion from our daily routines where the only symbols we see are during a commute or representing a faltering corporation.

The title suggests an epic confrontation and a welcome vacation from the worries of reality, but the film lacks a thrilling element. As summer starts and school lets out for the younger crowd, you’ll feel like you should still be taking notes in case this nonsense will be on a test. Make sure you write “Illuminati” in bold letters because the word is drilled here as clearly important.

The film opens to a team of scientists experimenting with anti-matter, a substance meant to replicate the “God particle” or the origins of mass itself. Meanwhile, on the other side of the age old argument, the religious community is reeling from the death of a pope as Vatican officials ready preparations to vote on a new spiritual leader. The massive gathering of mourning Christians in the enclave coincides, perhaps incidentally, with the mysterious disappearance of the dangerous anti-matter capable of leveling the city.

Fans Review:

I agree anyone who read the book knows this movie is shit, why are those people so happy?
